Denise Richards warned the people on "Two and a Half Men" that Charlie Sheen needed help. She reportedly contacted a show exec on Monday morning to say she was concerned about her ex-husband relapsing.

Sources revealed to TMZ that Richards wanted a CBS show exec to step in and convince the 44-year-old actor to enter rehab.

When Sheen did not report to work on Monday and Tuesday, executive producer Chuck Lorre realized that the show's filming on Friday was in jeopardy.

Apparently, Sheen himself realized the show and his freedom were at risk so he decided to check into a rehab facility.

TMZ added that the actor will return to the set two weeks from Monday. icelebz
