Carrie Fisher is standing by her previous claim that John Travolta is gay. The "Star Wars" star, who has long been friends with the "Grease" actor, says he only draws more public attention and curiosity to his sexuality when he involved his legal team to debunk an allegation.

In an interview with The Advocate, the iconic Princess Leia, 54, discussed at length about her affiliations with gay men, including an ex-husband who left her to be in a homosexual relationship.

The subject did turn to Travolta's sexuality when Fisher was asked about a quote she gave to Out magazine in its September 2009 issue, in which she said: "We don't really care that John Travolta is gay."

The interviewer asked, "I know you and Travolta go way back, so let's get really blunt here: Does his legal team have any business demanding Gawker remove a recent post suggesting that he's given blow jobs?"

Fisher then answered: "Wow! I mean, my feeling about John has always been that we know and we don't care. Look, I'm sorry that he's uncomfortable with it, and that's all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss. Just leave it be."

Travolta has long been plagued with the gay rumors. His legal team recently sent a five-page legal letter to website Gawker, demanding it remove a post about "You'll Never Spa in this Town Again" author Robert Randolph's alleged encounters with Travolta in a spa.

He claims that he had seen Travolta hooking up with several other men in numerous occasions before he had his own run-in with him.  icelebz
