The autopsyreport for Brittany Murphy has been released. It states that the actress had multiple medications and no illegal drugs present in her system when she died on December 20.

Although there were multiple medications found in her blood, "with elevated levels of hydrocodone, acetaminophen, and chlorpheniramine," the report states that "it should be noted that the pattern of use of these medications suggest treatment of symptoms of a cold or other respiratory infection."

The report, obtained by TMZ, added, "The possible adverse physiological effects of elevated levels of these medications cannot be discounted, especially in her weakened state. Therefore the manner of death is Accident."

Earlier this month, the coroner said that the "Clueless" star's pneumonia was worsened by her multiple drug intoxication. icelebz
