Michael Jackson's Son Prince Michael Won't Take Witness Stand

Michael Jackson's eldest son, Prince Michael, will not be testifying in the manslaughter preliminary hearing against Dr. Conrad Murray.

The 13-year-old reportedly saw the King of Pop's lifeless body in bed while the physician tried to administer CPR.

The prosecutors on the case will not be calling anyone from Michael's family to the stand during the prelim, according to TMZ. They plan to call 30 witnesses during the 2-week prelim, but none of those will be a "star witness."

Many of the planned witnesses are medical professionals who will offer their opinions about the standard of care administered by Dr. Murray. Their testimonies will try to prove that the doctor acted recklessly by administering Propofol and other drugs to Michael on the day he died.

It was first speculated that Prince, the eldest of Michael's three children, will be asked to take the stand as he was said to be present during the resuscitation attempts of his father.  icelebz
